According to a news alert at the Chronicle Tribune’s website:

“Tuesday and Wednesday will be windy with blowing a drifting snow and wind chills that will causer the temperature to fell like about 5 degrees Tuesday and drop to a wind chill of as much as 7 degrees below zero after nightfall Tuesday.”

I think that means it’s going to get cold and snowy.
