I’m not a big drinker but being from Wisconsin, I do like a good beer now and then. And although it goes against my Cheesehead roots, I picked up a case of Budweiser Select to try out the newest offering in the beer world. Quick review: it’s awful. Imagine taking one part Bud Light and mixing it with six parts water. No aftertaste and not a very strong taste to begin with. Why drink beer if it doesn’t taste like beer?

I’m not sure if I’ve yet to finish an entire can without dumping out at least half of it yet. That’s what I get for buying a full case rather than a six pack. In any case, happy memorial day.
